About the refund
Please note that you can submit a claim for reimbursement after paying medical expenses with foyer global health, through our online portal, by email or by mail.
Prior to reimbursement, your claim will be reviewed and verified to ensure that it meets the terms of your policy. If your claim is approved, you will be reimbursed for covered medical expenses based on the terms and conditions of your insurance plan and the specific benefits to which you are entitled. Please ensure that you meet all the requirements of your policy to qualify for reimbursement. And please keep all receipts and invoices for your medical treatment, as you will be asked for them when submitting your claim.
